Product Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with any Duncan and Company products.

We will refund the full price of any purchase, should you return it within 7 days of delivery.

If your order is received in a damaged or defective state we will promptly send you replacement product at no charge.

No Credit Card Risk

When you're buying on the Internet there are three things that you need to be sure of:

1. The data you send is strongly encrypted.
2. The website that you are dealing with is the site that you think it is.
3. That the site you're doing business with is going to process your credit card and other personal details in a safe and proper manner.

Here at Duncan & Company we take care of the first two points by using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), an industry standard security protocol that allows our secure server to communicate with secure browsers like Netscape or Internet Explorer. When communicating with a server like ours, these browsers encrypt the information in a manner that is exceedingly difficult for anyone else to decode. You don't need to know whether your browser supports secure transactions - if it doesn't you won't be able to complete the buying process.

Probably more importantly is the way that we handle your details when we receive your order (point three). We process all orders almost immediately and do so on computers that are not connected to the Internet.

We also do not keep details of your credit card numbers on computer file. Although this means that you will have to repeat credit card details every time you order - we believe this is the safest way to protect your data.

Regardless of whether you make an entering error or whether there is a security breach (highly unlikely) there is no risk to you. Wherever you are in the world your credit card company will not hold you responsible for more than a small initial sum, if your card is used fraudulently. In the United States the sum is US$50, in New Zealand it is NZ$50.

Duncan and Company undertakes to cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card, through no fault of your own, was as a result of purchases made on our secure server.

We have a straightforward principle when asking for information from you. We only request the information required to provide the service, nothing more. For example if you subscribe to our newsletter we need your email address only, if you're buying from our site we need contact/delivery details and a credit card number.

You can remove your details at any time by emailing us with "remove my details" in the subject line. We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
